hes right

lre bod had no right to unilaterally cancel the mei deal without taking it too the shareholders......................it was wrong wrong wrong and in my opinion bordering on illegal...................i think a class action lawsuit should be initiated..........................i call my lawyer in da morning.

In a situation when there is a “proposed offer” and an “unsolicited offer” comes along it’s the BODs responsibility to asses both offers and recommend to the Shareholders the one that they feel is best. If they reject the “unsolicited offer” whoever made it can if they wish go to the Shareholders with a Hostile Offer.   I have read through both the Revised MIE offer and the Escrow Agreement ...more

Sound&Fury you are right. But before a class action is to be initiated, an investigation has to be held into the actions of LRE mgt. whose actions in the cancellation of the MIE deal is illegal & therefore null & void. LRE mgt. signed in writing that the approval of the deal be determined by a free vote of LRE shareholders. This is a contract that is legal & binding. All investors ...more
