so we can probably safely assume everyone in Canada has their package which would constitute most of the shares.

finally got my package today and voted in favour.

In order to vote or receive package , is there time frame one had to own shares?

Not 100% sure but I think the cutoff was January 29, 2016.  You could probably just look on SEDAR but it was around that date.
