"Investment Canada, which is in the final review process of the application to approve our plan of arrangement, came back with three undertakings late last week. These undertakings have been completed and the application will proceed towards final review."
There is no issue with purchaser or their ability to complete transaction

Do you get these message from Lauren? It seems that Investement Canada could approve this deal any time, probably sooner than at the end of June.

Hi , I may be seeming a bit bipolar now , but I tend to do large position trades as the gains can be substantial , so can the damage. I have to respond to whatever info I do have , I now have calrity and agree the probability of the deal closing is higher Bill Andrew is the source of the quote
