Anyways one thing I have always learned after being in the markets for so long is to be leery when a company starts ramping up their PR campaign. All these acquisition and nonstop NRs, paid analyst and motley fool pump daily, etc right before earnings. Wonder why. They are trying very hard to make revenue look good but they never ever mentions underlying expenses and cost. If I am to guess they are issuing shares to make these acquisition. They will dump their shares and cash out, while WELl gets to report gross adjusted revenue. This is a recipe for disaster. I have seen these type of plays over and over. Just do your DD and be diligent. Cheers just my 0.02 cents.
