Reading all the reviews for the various locations shows the number one issue is that they're so busy that people wait 10 hours. Seems it's right up WELLs alley in terms of being able to bring in automation and experience to the clinic sector. It also shows the business is there as well if people are lined up out the door.    Now I'm not aware of their AI side of things

They only look busy because no one does anything in these office, from the reception to the doctors.  Like I said it is one of the, if not the worst clinic.  It is run just like the social service office.  This is from my experience and when I went on google it was exactly the same complaint.  That's why they only get 2/5 stars.
