Not sure how much faith I have in your sellside analysts.

WELL and others that did extrey
well during Covid and 0% interest rates are finding a new reality.
All time low I believe was .17 cents in 2017.

I believe they will need more capital and they better do it while the stock is where it is as opposed to another $1.00 lower.

if they want to raise $100 million on a bought deal they will have to be done at a steep discount- imo.
