I should have added that yes, the article comes from then, but the mantra has actually been repeated continuously since the beginning of the year. Most recently and more importantly Ontario doctor representatives were speaking at the Conference of Municipalities which ends today. By the way this is clearly not just an Ontario problem. As the "noise" gets louder one could expect that
