Market Beat writes that CIBC has price target of $4.75 on WELL.
Sellers are crazy: according to CIBC:
an investor who buy at the present price ($3.66) and sells at $4.75 makes a gain of 30% on the trade!
Those who are short on WELL should cover as soon as possible because many investors will react with strong bids tomorrow. Don't forget that Well could be a takeover at these low prices!
