RE:RE:An informative interview with Mangazeya CEO Sergey YanchukovI read it again, and now I am not sure.  It is now starting to sound like he is refering to the capital investment program - to build up the assets.  He mentioned that all of the funds will go towards the investment development program.  If such is the case - he has to be refering to mine development.

Hopefully he does start promoting the company also - as he is planning to keep the company public ( on the existing exchanges).
