good luck. I am in the dissenting and can't register my shares in Computershare. Not sure, if my bank realy hold long positions. It seems, that they can't find them. Do you have registered shares on Computershare?

I never received anything from anyone, investor line told me to call Computershare tried twice but they hang up. Never had a chance to dissent and wonder if we'll receive anything?

Fortunately sold a few 100k at .075 not that much left, not losing but thought it was going to be a winner but only for the thieves.

I never sold one, only bought over 20 years. Was in at Century Mining, White Tiger Gold and now till end. I am in the dissenting process made over hard paper because of the sleeping banks who never sent a corporate action. Not sure, that you will receive anything if you aren't at the register on Computershare

What your saying do I have to sign up to get my money back? Why would my broker not be responsible for that? They can just steal your money without a letter or anything? Never touch anything Russian again.

It's not russian law, it's BVI. In MGZ's situation i would have done the same. Am I correct in saying that RBC is your broker?

I received a letter about corporate action and they told me that I don't have to do anything about it if I accept the offer. So I didn't do anything... But I still have no money....

Because of the banking sanctions, Mangazeya cant transfer us the money. So in this case the sanctions are hurting us shareholders. If there were no sanctions we would have had our money by now. We will never see a dime as long as the sanctions are in place.
