If my reading is accurate their real assets are (as of Sept 30 2021 so less right now ) about worth 600K of cash , pr paid expenses and receivables.  They also own 700K worth of land and some ...more

But that $3 million was NOT spent on Hemmingford greenhouses - they never even laid a foundation!  I'd be surprised if the miniscule bulldozer work they did came to $50 - $100K.  That ...more
