Yes correct percentage my calculation if they are using Sept 10 when deal was announced is .1803 all I know is it will get worse not better as Oct 17 approaches again we’re guessing

You're right. But it is percent, not ratio. If you have 1000 shares ICC, it equals $1950.00 in this deal. How many shares of ACB will that buy, after the 20 day VWAP is known?

The ratios were set the day of the deal and at that point the ACB stock was about 8.50ish. So your share could will be based on that not todays rates

Not sure if there was a reply. It's based off of a 20 day moving average from closing I believe. If it was to close today, the 20MA is at 10.36 currently so that would work out to 1 ACB for 5.43
