You will get .2448 shares per share for 1224 shares. I'd hold.

You will not get .2448 per share. No one knows what youll get per share. Id assume its a lot lower due to ACB going from ~$8 per share to over $12 per share since the NR. I also assume ACB will go up even more with Legalization, reposrting, and listing on a US stock echange. ICC will most likly not move until this deal is done.

Thnak you for the quick response, sounds like the conversion is 1224 ACB shares (for the 5000 ICC) but unsure of the price per share?

Not sure if there was a reply. It's based off of a 20 day moving average from closing I believe. If it was to close today, the 20MA is at 10.36 currently so that would work out to 1 ACB for 5.43 ICC shares.

The ratios were set the day of the deal and at that point the ACB stock was about 8.50ish. So your share could will be based on that not todays rates

Hi there, I have ACB 20day MA at 10.35 now. I can't get the VWAP on stockcharts to work for some reason. If it's over 20days, are they pretty much the same anyway or would it be different? If going by VWMA and it could always be higher if ACB is on a steady incline, that could mean a fair bit of difference from the closing prices? Thanks for your help.

I found another charting tool and see the lag between the VWMA and MA. Could be better, could be worse. Wish I knew how the voting would go to make a decision on turfing ICC now? Should have sold right off the bat.

A lot of chatter concerning the fact that Union Group was in some serious financial trouble and they needed a cash infusion, they may have been the sell out of ICC and Aurora pounced. We as shareholders know that the future potential of ICC could have been great however I believe we have been robbed of that maybe even deceived.

A lot of chatter yes but the very fact is we the retail investors will never know the truth unless we are on the inside of ACB /Union. I believe ACB guaranteed a certain ratio by controlling NR until deal is complete post legalization. Post legalization coke and Diageo ACB will go to $20+
