ICC Labs has been quietly executing a business plan that involves global, low cost cannabis cultivation, CBD oil production, and CBD consumer products.

Many LP's have big expansion plans, but ICC has 840 licensed acres under cultivation right now; they just finished harvesting from 430 of them. The high-CBD sativa strains are outdoor cultivars, so they won't have the high potency achievable by delicate indoor strains, but should still run around 7-10% CBD. The yield per square foot won't be comparable to high-cost indoor grows, but they do have powerful tropical sunlight and modern agriculture techniques honed by in-house agronomists.

Backed by billionaire Juan Sartori and private company Union Group, ICC has first-mover advantage in the first country to legalize recreational, Uruguay, has massive cultivation expansion into Colombia, and sales arrangements in Spain, Germany, and Brazil. Hola, Bruce.
Market cap is a bit over 200MM CAD.
They should be able to extract at least 4,000 kg of pure CBD from the recent harvest (possibly much more).
A 30 ml bottle of CBD oil, containing a single gram of CBD, sells for about $100 CAD right now in Canada.
