Current state of affairs with ICC.

Current state of affairs with ICC.Hi Everyone,

Just for some context here, I'm the guy who was recently in Uruguay early August visiting the company and spending time with the CEO Alejandro, I was unfortunately not allowed to post any photos because the Uruguayan government restricted me from posting anything (Hence why those YouTube videos were removed). The company got a request from the government to have me remove them so I promptly did.

None the less let’s get down to some recent events and topics.

1. Merger/ Acquisition speculation: truthfully at this point, I would say it’s unlikely there are material discussions anymore. Alejandro didn't give me the impression that he was in the market to sell the company for a quick buck, he was far more concerned about building a company and doing it right. And I'm sure as hell Juan from Union group doesn't want to settle either. Aurora knows they have to pay a rich premium to get shareholders on board so I doubt it is happening at this point unless ICC is waiting it out to see if Aurora would budge. Aurora can't get hostile either due to the majority ownership from Union. Their best case scenario is a strategic investment at this point.

2. Temporary Facility and Full Facility:  I was there during the beginning of August and got to view both. The construction was coming along well and I was lucky enough to have Patricia (head of GMP compliance for the company) guide me through how they are building to the GMP standards and what types of requirements in terms of how the building is constructed. She had experience in previous companies doing GMP compliance with regards to construction and such. I would say based on my impression and seeing the construction, it would be safe to assume this company will get GMP licensed and approved when the full facility is complete, I hold a conservative outlook and I would say it would be safe to assume no sales come out of the full facility until Q1. Given how long it has taken for just the temporary facility to be approved and for the government to give them the authorization to start. I think saying it will be actually operation and fully approved by all necessary GMP licensed (Germany, Canada…etc.) at a later date is more appropriate than hoping for earlier. The temporary one was small, but definitely will allow them to produce some product for distribution in the short term. Its long term use will be with alcohol extraction on plant matter other than flowers.

3. Share Price: It’s abundantly clear still many people do not know about this stock, nor is it being reported on by any media/forums/marijuana stock related outlets in any bit of meaningful way. There are probably 2 factors for this. Investor relations is lacking in a sever manner, Alejandro admitted it to me, he knows it and the board knows it. Currently, it’s likely because it would cost too much to run it meaningfully at the current moment, nor have they found anyone to do the services in an effective manner at this moment. I think based on when the fundamentals start to actually come into play it would be hopeful to assume IR would improve by that point or they will pay for an agency to do so in an effective manner when the cash flow become available.  The other factor is everyone thinks that because CGC and APH “entered” the market that suddenly ICC is not the leading player. Notice I put quotations just to elicit how far behind all of them are in comparison. I think unfortunately we’ll have to just be patient until the market wakes up, or until ICC starts to invest more in spreading their message and story.

The summary is that we own what will be a phenomenal company in a year and half time. The only thing is we have to wait because things won’t move nearly as fast as compared to Canadian LP news cycles. I’m so glad I’ve been able to accumulate shares this year and have gotten the chance to be on the ground floor in Uruguay with the leader of this company. I can assure all of you we do own the real deal, it’s just a matter of waiting for everything to fall in place and for the large sales to begin q1 (my conservative opinion). I’m more than happy to hold this for 2 years if no acquisition happens before then. The returns will be immense in my honest opinion.

Good Luck to all!
