RE:RE:Seems to be a little confusion...The deal is obviously NOT DONE. They still need the approval of the shareholders. And i just want to point out, that there is the possibility for other companys to bid for ICC, as it says:

The Arrangement Agreement provides for, among other things, the ICC Board being able to consider a superior proposal in certain circumstances and a right in favour of Aurora to match any superior proposal.
