The way I read this is the bare minimum we would receive is 1.95 that part of the deal closed Sept. 7th. If the terms are successful then the vwap for the 20 prior to final approval will determine the actual pay out so yes if the shares are 15 bucks then we will see a much higher pay out . but I'm honestly skeptical at this point on my reasoning any thoughts ? That paragraph seems to be the focal pint of the entire deal.
