OK, just spoke to Aurora IR in New York ( because you cannot get hold of IR in Canada ). I was told that ICC shareholders will get .2448 of an Aurora share for each ICC share they hold. Based on that, as of today's closing price for ACB, we will be getting a little more than $1.95 per share. That could change if the sp of Aurora goes down before the deal closes. Likewise, if the sp goes up, we will get more.
