A little clarity.

A little clarity.
There is a great deal of confusion on today's NR. First of all, it is not a cash or share deal. it's strictly an all share deal. Aurora's IR firm in New York, KCSA Strategic Communications, ( Aurora's IR site in Canada does not work ) told me today that ICC shareholders will get .2448 of an ACB share for every share of ICC they hold. As an example, look at the transaction between Medreleaf Corp and Aurora announced on the 14th of May. That deal stated that Medreleaf shareholders would get 3.575 Aurora shares for each share they held. The shares of Aurora were trading at $8.07 that day. Fast forward to the closing of the deal on July 24th and Medreleaf shareholders got 3.575 Aurora shares for each share they held despite the fact that Aurora had dropped to $6.94 on the closing day. That transaction also was based on a 34% premium. So it looks like in approx. 2 months, regardless of what Aurora is trading at, we will get .2448 of an Aurora share. Only ICC shareholder will have to vote on the deal.
