Unless there is a provision in the agreement that we don't know exists yet or a rival offer, so I'm hanging on for my 1.95 market price. (and then possibly sell)

The bulb for me turned on when I realized that if we always got .2448 of a share and the price rose, then in fact ACB would end up paying more than the agreed upon price (app 290 mil) and that's not likely to happen.

So in fact we got it hard on this one pray for the bottom to fall out of ACB or get out while the market still has growth potential.

What?? Hey dlornemoney, here is the bottom line. The market likes ACB picking up ICC. ACB perked up, it is a major (so far) in the MJ field, Oct.17th is not here yet, and, if you are still holding, you will be riding with ACB AND ICC as we head into legalization.

What is with the comment "while the market still has growth potential" ?  Dude, shake the grey hairs, the game is just getting started. All you need to do is take a new look at the sector, and take into account ICC is still going forward, mind you, under the ACB company. Time to reconsider, but, reconsider you must.
