Agreed. Did they get permit for 1 million sq ft yet. Lol. they are probably writing it up I am guessing the 430 acres is for the crystals and the 1 million  greenhouse is for medical , the president of icc ceo looks like his grandfather lol it’s like a family affair

After checking out a ho Lotta different companies , ICC is The number 1 company compared to the rest so I sold my other company I had and , all in now . ICC is planting , producing , and selling . In Uruguay, Brazil , Colombia , Mexico , Canada and proving it , not BS . Sure Glad I'm All In .

To put things in perspective . 1 acre is 208 feet X 208 feet = 43,264 sq feet                                             430 acres is 43,264 X 430 = 18,603,520 sq feet .

I can't believe we can still buy this for $1.50. 430 acres is approx 18 million sq ft planted plus another 230 acres to go in Columbia. Have been adding every day as funds become available.GLTA

I have read that a few times.  I am curious to understand what the deal is with ICC and the government.  It seems to me the 1 MILLION sq foot green house being built is a government venture with ICC.  If they were to be bought out would all of those deals still stand? - the land and the building on governement land? Is that due to local headoffice and governance of the organization.

I share your concerns as well, I am not able to answer your question, as some of the south American Countries can turn page in their favour on the minute notice, Look what DRC -Kabila did to IVN mines, just imposed additional tax after the signed agreement. I am hopefull that ICC will be able to sell produce on open market without governmaent regulation or one of the big Canadian buys them out and

Icc would lease the land  from govt and pay in medical Cannabis a certain percentage and bal of profit to share holders

I see it as a win-win although I think some should contact the CEO. From what I understand the government is covering some/most of the costs of the actual building of the facility and ICC will employ the workers but if anyone could shed some light it would be great. Regardless working hand-in-hand with the government is postioning us very well ! A deal to grow and sell in Colombia is crazy too
