Terrible deal!!

As of today's acb price, iic will get for each share it owns 1.95/8.23=0.24 shares of Aurora's. 1.95 won't change, however; the price of Aurora surely will go up unlike the price of icc which will only go down. In case the price of Aurora will double, which is very likely, iic will get only half of what it would get as of today. Bad, very bad deal for iic.Great deal for Acb.

wtf are you talking about? If you are going to own shares of Aurora (on the basis of 0.24 ICC shares = 1 ACB share) and the shares of Aurora go up you do not benefit? Assuming you hold through the deal you are now an ACB shareholder (barring something unforeseen). If ACB share price increases your shares will increase as well obviously.  If ACB share price increases and ICC share price does ...more
