ICC management just got absolutely worked

Sad to see. This whole coca-cola deal was made possible through ICC. ACB basically stole ICC with a very low ball offer that does not even benefit with ACB share price increase.

That entire ICC management/board room and the Union Group should be ashamed of themselves, Aurora just handed them a slice of humble pie on how to work over a novice management team. The perils of giving up a company to soon in the growing/development stage. Question: Why would the ICC management team not know that their would be a run on stocks in the cannabis sector going into the Canadian ...more

Something definately stinks alright. Management lining their pockets is what it is. Probably a bag of cash at each of their doorsteps with no return sender.  I personally don’t know what to do. Sell at $1.90 or wait for their $1.95 buyout price...

Not sure what ICC was thinking with run up to legalization date. ACB will be in headlines for the next 6 weeks just by osmosis it will go up and we are fixed at $1.95 which is no premium when the entire sector is going up massively. I will vote no even though I have 40% less shares.

Insane eh, we all got f*cked. Sucks, live ya learn. at the end of the day we didnt loose money so just try to deploy your money in the right places at the time. I had 16k shares before the deal and have slowly bought out down to 2500 now, Bought some ACB and deployed into my other holdings CROP FFT and CWEB Best of luck guys, My general opinion is stay away from WEED or TILLRAY atm.. it's all ...more

Guys I told u all of this in my post of Sep.13 : if I liked ACB I would have sold and bought in now, cause if big news comes before the sale is finalized all ICC holders get screwed. ACB has done this before (boosting share price before deal is final to profit and give less shares) Many have mentioned that ICC is capped at 1.95 no matter what, yet it seems that it took the coke announcement to ...more

TheSpartan77, i think you're right. I have 5,000 shares ICC bought in january at $1,34. So If i sell now around $1,90, i made a 40% profit in 9 months. I probably not buy ACB but another cannabis product.
Comment by TheSpartan77 on Sep 18, 2018 12:28pm
Girard, I just used ACB as an example for people who were holding on waiting for share change, there are many stocks that will boom and im sure you have ur own prefernce. 5000 X 1.88 = $9400 (if u sell today) 5000 X 1.95 = $9750 (if u wait till deal is done) For $350 Im sure you can make that bvack in hours with oct.17 coming and everything booming. There is no point holding on while acn goes ...more

Please correct me if i'm wrong but... The important variables are: Date of Close & 20 day VWAP. As long as the 20 day VWAP is lower than the share price the day of closing, you are collecting a premium. 5000 X 1.95 = $9750 (if u wait till deal is done)    this doens't make sense since they provide a share exchange based on the 20 day vwap.  Let's pretend the ...more

That is incorrect. If we take that scenario we come up with this... 8.74/1.95 = 4.482 5000/4.482 = 1115.57 ACB shares X 8.47 = $9450 The deal is set up that ICC can never go up past the 1.95 aka Union Group/Aurora in cahoots. I wonder who gets the bags of $$$ in this sketchy deal
Comment by BayStreetkid on Sep 18, 2018 1:37pm
ok but you're missing it... you just said yourself 1115.57 acb shares... The day that this closes, the value of those shares is based on current prices not the 20 day VWAP price.    1115.57 based on 8.74 VWAP price = 9750 1115.57 based on the current trading price of 10.40 = 11,601.92 my point is that as long as the 20 day vwap trails current prices there is an added premium for ...more

No ICC shareholders can never get more than 1.95/share value. Its a 1 sided deal
Comment by TheSpartan77 on Sep 18, 2018 2:01pm
Sorry baystreet I didnt properly read your message. I can guarantee u that ACB will close deal once it is convenient for them and once they profit on final shares given out. Ask cmed and leaf shareholders. Theres a reason ICC trades for less than the 1.95 guaranteed price.
Comment by BayStreetkid on Sep 18, 2018 2:25pm
of course - there is uncertainty,   to your point though this isn't closing till nov/dec so no point hanging around.  Not only are we waiting for shareholders vote & BC regulators but also the uruguayan government.
Comment by dlornemoney1111 on Sep 18, 2018 1:34pm
Baystreet Kid: I agree 100% . Issue at hand is 1) the timing thats killing us and 2) its a shame that ICC management doent provide timly information and examples its realy very disrespectful to the share holders.
Comment by Canniprofitz on Sep 18, 2018 8:25am
You were absolutely right Spartan.  Where's dlorne on this since he was suggesting to keep the shares for the extra 5 cents?  ACB is a pure trade play.  It hasn't moved like the others but keep in mind that there's a billion, yes you read that right, a BILLION shares outstanding.  Anymove will always run into sellers until the sector is more settled.  It's ...more
