Voting "NO"

If we get the chance....A small retail holder but will wait and see just how this transaction will wash out.....The higher ACB.T trades... the less we will get for our $1.95 ICC shares...(understood) ...May have to sell just before the final take over date.....We really believed that ICC had tremedous upside & this deal just plan stinks but we can not identify the smell from our position.....Regards to ALL holders, TimeBuilder PS: this is and was our MJ holding ( a stink sell order is in but at a much higher price) and we are not considering ACB or any other MJ holding in the future. ( rightfully  or wrongly)!

ICC management and Union Group got handled a lessen by the big boys. Thats how you make business. Actually i want to get aqcuired by Aurora now, BUT NOT AT THIS PRICE. I think ICC is very very valuable now for Aurora with an upcoming deal in the beverage industry and therefore i think if the offer gets turned down ACB will most likely offer more. Anyone disagree?

I’m guessing 98% it’s a done deal and I agree mgmt and Union Group are finding bags of money on their front steps
