ICC shareholders are still riding ACB
Lets say you own 10000 shares of ICC, which at 1.95 should = $19,500
The current 20 day VWAP of ACB = $8.66 which if the deal were to close today would imply 0.2252 ACB shares per ICC share (1.95/8.66)
so those 10,000 ICC shares become 2,251 ACB shares
The share price is set to open at 10.20 today. 10.20 * $22,967
As long as the 20 day volume weighted moving average is below the ACB share price we do take part in part of the ACB move
