Why is ICC going down...

As far as i know 20-day VWAP is not set yet, so why is ICC going down so much? Should be tied to 1,95$. Am i missing something?

ICC should be frozen at 1.95 once deal is official. People dumped shares because because the money was frozen for a max 3% increase in an undetermined time. BUT NOW the increase is 21% guaranteed ! so that changes everything and Im seriously considering buying back in! No idea why people r selling at 1.61...The only reasoning I can think of is that based on low price of many other mj stocks, maybe ...more

Nowhere does it say closing is on the 6th of November.  Shareholders vote on the 6th, however it could take another month to close.  I believe the Uruguayan government needs to approve the transaction as well.

Correct not a done deal vote Nov 6 and then 20day MVA to be established. ACB looks like it’s going down on NYSE for awhile so this changes everything why not buy ICC and get potential premium
