RE:Why is ICC going down...ICC should be frozen at 1.95 once deal is official. People dumped shares because because the money was frozen for a max 3% increase in an undetermined time. BUT NOW the increase is 21% guaranteed ! so that changes everything and Im seriously considering buying back in! No idea why people r selling at 1.61...The only reasoning I can think of is that based on low price of many other mj stocks, maybe they see a better opportunity...but 21% seems great right now!
