RE: WLT in playDrZeke, I agree that things are going to change as Walter has the location, coal and shipping facilities.
Keith Calder leaving WLT has now become a little clearer (missing puzzle pieces) to be confirmed at a latter date.
A 2nd unknown bidder for WTN may now be back in the hunt.
WLT was for sale before WTN and again may have a for sale sign posted.
Anglo American changing the sale for Peace River Coal (NEMI)
A possible sale to a steel mill and or a major mining company or both.
Weather has been a factor for supply from Australia in the past.
When looking at TCK and their purchase of Fording, one can see the reason another company would do the same as supply,location to Asia will be hard to replace.
Timing may never be better as the people in the know will make the moves for the future.
