WIL Funding

Interesting raise, followed by an above averane trading volume closing just below the offering. Suggests things may be getting place those that didn't get in the offering wanted to strengthen their position. 
I would assume some info was offered with the offering to the sophisticated investors taking up the offering.
They must be getting close. perhaps on the road in the near future.

I agree! I think it is a good sign that they can still find interest in a financing. It will probably be only a couple of participants. Great volume on Friday suggesting that something is close.

Lybia does seem to be sighning deals for oil and gas.   It has to be very soon or Ill begin to think it may not be happening.

Yes, lots of positive developments in Libya! They really want to hit 2 mbd. Doc M can you tell me have you ever talked with the CEO R Anderson? If not is all the information that you add coming from your personnel research ? Let's hope we dont have to wait for licensing and the establishment of a Canadian Embassy in Libya.
