African Opportunities

There has been a steady news flow out of Libya regarding growing production to  2MMBO/D. The comments suggest they need to invest at least $17 billion in new money to reach the terget..
if Libya is a target the timing could be good.
There are plenty of other areas in west central Africa with recent discoveries that should see some acquisitions or joint venture activity.
