saving jobs leaves nothing for Shareholdrs

It seems that Michael Singer and gang have done a great job of saving all the Warnex jobs, unfortunately, nothing or very little will be left for the shareholders!

They burnt  thru a lot of cash in last quarter  (making the company LOOK like it's worth something for the sale) and they did! But the  6 mil from the sale will go toward debt during this period. They kept staff even though they were not doing anything! Too bad for us, lucky for the Warnex staff.

Question why would M. Lebel buy some shares and should they sell the building.What is it worth..... 6-9- 15 millions.....

That's part of the problem, they don't own the building, it is leased! They need to spend big $$$$$ to get out of it.  I don't know why Lebel was buying shares???? HG
