This is a Robert Delamar and Stockwell Day Shootshow. They ran the company into $2M in debt, developed zero tech and then walked away leaving the current management to come in and try to salvage the company. They left a shell with $2M in debt and assets for Malhi et al to inherit. I see a big roll back and shares for debt conversion coming
