Smart Cities are the future. It was huge when Sidewalk Labs won the bid to build a Smart City on Toronto's waterfront in 2017. But, one of the biggest issues people had with Sidewalk Labs (Alphabet, Google) building it was people's privacy with the collection of data by a foreign company. Like it says in their PR..

Delamar, CEO of First Responder and proposed CEO of the Resulting Issuer.
Hope they come up with a good catchy name!
