With all due respect, who's buying what?  No one is going to pay over $100M for Westleaf Inc and their handful of underperforming stores (recently acquired stores have obvious poor performance or else they wouldn't of been given away for $150k and a handshake).  With all of the much better options out there (especially in the MJ circuit), there are far better returns on

I don't think the debenture holders need to worry. They are getting 9.5% on their money for three years. Way better than a bank account, and who cares about a potential conversion price. Plus for every $1000 debenture, they got 385 warrants good for 3 years--out of the money to be sure, but still worth about $100 bonus today because of the time value. So the debentures started trading minus
