Chinese infrastructure spending
Chinese infrastructure spending $150 billion announced last night by China. Only about 25% of what was spent in 2008 by China but still positive news for all infrastructure related plays. With Vale, Rio, BHP and many steel companies up just on this news, WAI is flat/down. Massive price manuipulation on WAI. It's only a matter of time before WAI can no longer be held down. $$$
