Sent an email to Vanguard and they called me back within hours.  I too have invested heavily in this company, via the warrants - 2 million of them.

They explained the reason there has been no news is ongoing preparation of legal documents for CIF agreement - I too feel CIF wants a bigger piece of the puzzle, but WAI needed cash now to complete resource drilling.  CIF wasnt ready to sink more money in pre NI43-101.

Also the resource report is delayed by further testing.  Normally this would be a red flag, but I sense this company wants to get this right.  Not just quantitative data but extensive qualitative data as well.  Like they are preparing for another off take agreement or buyout.  Time will tell.
