nice to see this board building with well thought out posts!... thanks all for the info... I like/own the warrants as well as the common - you get good time premium - almost 3 years...and it's reasonable to think WAI mkt cap could be up towards 100 million cap (near exercise price at current shares out) by then, if they execute... was there a new time estimate given on 43-101?...  bid being taken out today - but all good as I see... the best thing we have going is that we may not have to dilute too much more with the Chinese investment... and one thing I have learned is you want to be buying when all are panicking!...all the best....
