True that...like Canadian Business running housing crash covers for the last 2 years - they'll get it right eventually - or maybe never!... we need retail and fund investors for companies like WAI - they just haven't returned to risk yet - probably had to happen to cleanse the space...but one wonders if boomers ever return to risk - they have to keep decreasing their exposure to risk in their portfolios as they get older...i think we still have another big jump up before they all retire... i'm a bottom up guy - i just look for good assets and managers - WAI!... but long term you have to wonder how we support risk...
