Since Bellzones adjacent operations don't work out as planned I could imagine that either WAI will be taken over or the mining operation will be merged in another way.

They got the equipment but s****y ore and WAI got the ore but needs equipment/funding.

Even a low-ball offer of 50-60m would give as a tidy profit.

Hopefully the technical partner finally finnishes what he is paid for and we don't have to wait that much longer for the 43-101.
