RE:RE:RE:RE:UpdateMy impression from speaking to investor relations is that they are looking for a joint venture deal like the CIF deal not just a cash call.

I too am puzzled by not releasing the report although apparently the different consultants agree on most things WAI wants to disclose publically but not all.

Also I am not sure if CIF walked away because of delays or because WAI doesnt have the quality or quantity of resources we were lead to believe.

Guy is either looking for a better deal or scrambling to save this company from delisting.  Hopefully he gets a deal.

Also interesting that Calandra published the second article in a week informing his readers about this dark horse.  Maybe he has heard rumors of a potential suitor.
