WAI is prepared to give CIF control of SARG under certain conditions (which cannot yet be disclosed).  CIF changed their CEO last year and have become more complex to deal with. 

Guy will be going to Asia the end of this month to meet with CIF face to face to resolve the matter. 

If CIF agrees with WAI's terms, it will be a win/win for all involved as CIF would obtain the Guinea property and WAI could then move forward on more interesting projects without these distractions.
