Update
UpdateGuy is trying to get CIF to sign an agreement to resolve the matter before the holidays; talks are still ongoing; if sucessful, WAI will put out a news release; CIF's chairman was arrested by the Chinese authority in Beijing at the end of October so that may help with getting a deal done.
Nothing set in stone yet but here's hoping a news release comes out before Christmas.
