No one to my knowledge gives it away for free.
I trade via RBC and if you do enough monthly trades they provide LV2 for 'free'.
But far away the best service is on CEO .ca. I subscribe to it and it literally paid for itself almost with the first few days. The visual representation tell the whole story in a simple glance.
If you dont trade a lot it is not worth it, but if you do any amount of trading you are blind without it.
