RE:What’s Worse for the Environment: Natural Gas or Rare-Earth
My take is that, not unlike everything else in life, you need a healthy balance of everything. There's a need for solar, hydro, wind, hydrogen, nuclear, RNG and more traditional O&G. It's all a matter of having the right mix based on geographic availability etc. Vegetables are good for you but the thought of living on them alone does not thrill most people. There's also a need for a good old steak, fish, chicken, wine and beer etc to make life enjoyable. Things evolve over time, as will the energy mix, but all cannot flip overnight.
