AquisitionsI really like the way Xebec does acquisitions. The Management of the acquired company is not only happy because they get a fair price, they know they are getting a great opportunity to grow their business. A happy management is key to a successful transition. Many mergers never get the synergies that were anticipated due to contractions in the management of the acquired group.
