RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEO on BNNBloomberg in next hourXebec would adopt either a Flip-in or Flip-out poison pill in the event a potential acquirer gains  beneficial ownership of a certain percentage of shares, which is very unlikely to happen, as the stock is tightly held between management, the Caisse, and friendly institutional holders. There are any worries there.
