Part 2?

Part 2?It's a bit curious that we haven't yet learned of the second portion of the 2 part acquisition that was previously announced.  I would have anticipated news in January, but I suppose the closing may have needed some further ironing.  At any rate, we can be sure that it's 'any day now' PR that will be accretive.  Based on current price action and volume, we may need some tangible news to find our footing.  That said I'd happily trade sideways and further establish our base at these levels, only to pick up on more substantial news in the coming months.  Management has definitely earned some breathing room.
