RE:RE:RE:RE:Coregas to build Australia’s first hydrogen refueller
RE:RE:RE:RE:Coregas to build Australia’s first hydrogen refuellerI am excited about the many opportunities that the partnership with Coregas presents. No question. Australia is showing leadership in the Hydrogen story. So its important to have a foothold there
I was pointing out that the article written by George Heynes did not include the fact that this refueling station is being built on the Port Kembla hydrogen production facility. So the hydrogen is there already. Hygear produces hydrogen generation equipment. So that is why I came to the conclusion that this might not be a sale for Xebec. Perhaps hydrogen purification equipment?
If we get an announcement that this a sale, then I will be the first to cheer and admit my conclusion was incorrect.
I am long on this company and have been invested in it since Jan 2020. Xebec is my core holding.

Hygear product would not be part of this. Zipolitemexico wrote: I wonder if this applies to Hygear's offering. Port Kembla is a large scale hydrogen production facility for Coregas. This from their website....
With the support of the NSW Government, Coregas will develop a hydrogen refuelling station at its existing Port Kembla hydrogen production facility supporting the introduction of zero emission hydrogen fuel cell trucks to the Illawarra-Shoalhaven region for the first time. The facility will enable the deployment of Australia’s first prime mover fleet of hydrogen powered vehicles to initiate a transformation of the region’s transport environmental footprint.
Zip know everything? Will NOT? Installation, operations, maintenance? Jump too quick to conclusion! "
HyGear will offer its support in producing and purification of hydrogen as well as expertise in installation, operations, and maintenance. Both companies would work together on developing a hydrogen supply business model"
Healthcare? Inmatec? "Coregas produces and distributes compressed gases and cryogenic liquids to clients ranging from heavy industry and manufacturing to healthcare. It also runs a hydrogen production facility at Port Kembla, which supplies hydrogen gas to its customers, including BlueScope Steel." https://www.h2bulletin.com/hygear-partners-with-coregas-for-hydrogen-in-oceania/
