Biden doesn't look like oil and gas guy to me. Axing Keystone sent a message how his administration will act.
China has no oil and gas and have to import it for big $, basically they have only coal and that is killing them big time. Imagine having no blue sky and having lung cancer in every family. Nearly the same applies to India.
It's not all about CO2 reduction, it's a lot about $ and politics and thats when things start to happen.
