Xebec has a fatter carrot now Any compensation package Xebec will offer the the eventually successful applicant for the new COO position will obviously involve a substantial amount of stock options. This will be a major incentive Xebec will dangle in front of prospects.
Obviously, the excercise price of those options today will be far more attractive to prospective applicants than it would have been in January or February.
The difference in the ultimate payoff will run in the millions.
It will be excellent to learn who that succesful applicant will be. I'm sure they have quite a few candidates to consider. It won't be long now.
